Returns & Exchanges

The Whitney Museum Shop accepts returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as final sale merchandise and memberships, are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including a copy of your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping method to send the package back to the Whitney Museum Shop's fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
