Not Work Related was started in 2017 by architect turned ceramicist, Sarah Hussaini. Combining her technical architectural background with the handmade nature of ceramics, Sarah creates intricately patterned pieces that occupy a space between handmade and digitally designed. NWR is known for its dedication to precision and the intricate layering of both colors and shapes. Inspired by our gradient theme, Sarah collaborated with the Whitney Shop to create one of a kind pieces celebrating the Whitney Biennial.
